The KSJ21 Hydraulic long-hole drilling rig is mainly used for blast drilling of medium-length hole mining and supporting drilling of anchor cable. Both the applicable height of tunnel 2.9m-5.2m and width of tunnel 2.8m – 4.5m. The support for the drill boom is capable of 360-degree rotation. In combination with swing boom and translational guide rail, it is capable of 360-degreee drilling and parallel drilling within three meters, thus meeting the requirements of various mine drillings.
Economical drilling depth up to 35 meters, optional 27+1 automatic receiving and unloading rod module (drill pipe length 900mm, automatic receiving rod depth 25 meters), to achieve single-person operation.
Heavy-duty aluminum alloy medium and deep hole special propulsion beam, front and rear hydraulic center support, ensure the stability of drilling process. With rod oil cylinder, maximum straightness of borehole is maintained.
The trolley-type workbench with a good sight is adopted; and the wireless remote controller can serve as an option.
The articulated mining chassis of closed hydraulic dive. The rig is 1.6m wide which is suitable for small and medium-size tunnels.
The stepped piston is used for the high-frequency impacting rock drill and this can improve the transmission efficiency of impact wave and drilling speed and reduce the consumption of drilling tools and make it in good condition.
